The Convective Zone
After energy goes through the core and radiative zones, it reaches the convective zone. Energy in the Convective zone moves through it by convection. Convection is the transfer of energy through moving gases or liquids. The gases take the heat to the suns surface and it bounces off back to the back to the beginning of the radiative Zone. The atoms of the hot gasses expand, making them colder and they sink. This rising and sinking pattern continually happens in the Convective Zone. The Convective zone's temperature is 1,000,000 celcius.
